Boundaries that are too firm may make you seem distant or unapproachable. Boundaries that are too loose can lead to enabling and co-dependency.
Art & Creativity: Appreciate the world of art by learning some of the concepts behind artful expression. Learn how art can play a role in your recovery. Music Appreciation: Music is what feelings should like. Join us in breaking down the lyrics to some of the most influential songs ever written and discover what those words provoke within you.
Creative Coping Skills: There are many coping skills, most of which appeal to our five senses, our hearing, seeing, touching, tasting, and smelling. Come discover how to utilize your senses to help cope with life's challenges in a special and unique way. Learn how to operate the hardware and software of the computer, start an email account, build your typing skills, and a lot more all at your own pace.
